The Free Resources on the OBD® platform are within explanatory articles and video clips helping users to understand the issues and risks they may face when trading internationally. For example, within the articles are Free of Charge templated Terms & Conditions and Sale of Goods contracts. These can be used in conjunction with your ICC Incoterms®2020 wallchart, and other contractual obligations needed to be agreed, to reach a robust contract that works for both buyer and seller.
